Making online purchases with a Bitsa card is quick and straightforward. Follow these steps:

Redeeming Online:
 1. Visit the BITSA website and sign in to your BITSA account.
 2. Choose your virtual credit card from the available options.
 3. Click on “Top Up” and select the “Voucher” payment method.
 4. Enter the voucher code you received.
 5. Agree to the Terms and Conditions and confirm the applicable top-up fee.
 6. Your balance will be updated, and the recharge will be completed successfully.

Redeeming via the BITSA App:
 1. Open the BITSA app and select your virtual credit card. If you need to create one, tap the “+” icon in the top right corner.
 2. Tap “Top Up” and choose “Voucher” as your payment method.
 3. Input the code you received.
 4. Accept the Terms and Conditions along with the top-up fee.
 5. The recharge will be processed, and your funds will be available instantly.

Making Payments with BITSA:
 • To complete online purchases, enter your BITSA Prepaid Card number and CVC at any checkout where VISA is accepted.
 • If you have a physical BITSA Card, you can also use it for in-store transactions.
